Abstract submissions for the 3rd International Conference on “ICT Education, Knowledge Society and Open Governance”

“ICT Education, Knowledge Society and Open Governance” is now open.

Forms of presentation
Lectures: Lecture time should not exceed 15 minutes. Reduce to minimum the explanation of specific issues and description of data in tables. Focus on explanation of starting points and the achieved results. For presentation you can use a data projector with PC. The presentation can be either in English or in Albanian.

Posters: Poster should contain headline with names of authors, affiliation with mail address, and the title of contribution. The size of the poster board is 1189 mm (width) x 841 mm (height). The authors are expected to attend their posters during the poster session according to the conference program.

Your abstract should be between 150 and 400 words. JEL classification and up to 6 keywords should be used.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceeding abstract book. It will be distributed to all conference participants at the Conference.

Selected papers will be published in the Annual Journal of Conference Papers (ISSN 2304-5442). Although submitting full papers are not required for the participation at the conference, only submitted full papers and the list of announced and presented oral presentations and posters will be included in the conference Annual Journal.

Paper Requirements
Previously published papers may not be submitted. All papers submitted to ICTEA-3 must be previously unpublished and may not be considered for publication elsewhere at any time during the ICTEA-3 review period. There is a limit of two contributed submissions per lead author. Authors are responsible for having their papers checked for style and grammar before submitting to ICTEA-3. Papers may be rejected if the language is not satisfactory.

All papers submitted to this conference will be double-blind peer reviewed by at least two members of the Scientific Committee. Acceptance will be based primarily on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and references. The conference chairs make the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of the paper.

Notification of acceptance will be sent via email by March 20th, 2014.

At least one author must be registered for each accepted paper to be included in the Conference Program.

Registration is required for all participants attending the conference.

Registration fee includes the conference proceeding abstract book, badge and conference accessories and materials. It also includes welcome reception, coffee breaks, and lunches during the conference.
Accommodation is not included.
